BRIGHTON WOMEN’S WELLNESS PRESENTS…
LIVING THE MENOPAUSE
A day dedicated to providing advice and information on how to manage the challenges of menopause through nutrition, lifestyle, yoga and hormone health. The event aims to offer a supportive environment for women to learn about the positive changes they can make in their lives during this phase.
MORNING WORKSHOPS
26 tickets will be available for the workshops, lunch and entrance to the speaker sessions in the afternoon.

AFTERNOON SPEAKERS
130 tickets will be available to arrive for the speaker sessions which include 2 talks with Q&As in the theatre space.

Break for teas, mint waters, fruit, nibbles. - 3.30-5pm
